Availability

Deposit
Your booking is confirmed on receipt of the signed booking form and a 25% deposit towards your chosen accommodation. We will then send out a confirmation invoice and it is at this time that a valid contract comes into existence between us.
The full
payment is due eight weeks prior to the start of the holiday. All bookings less than
eight weeks in advance are payable in full at the time of booking.
Methods of booking
are as per the options on our booking form. We particularly appreciate payment by deposit into our UK bank account, or payment by debit card.
Insurance
In your own interest, it is an essential condition of booking that you are
insured. We will need to see a copy of your travel insurance certificate with
your booking form and deposit. Our booking form has several suggestions on
where you can easily purchase a standard travel insurance policy.
Insurance covers you against having to cancel for any good reason, as well as
for sickness, losses and all the usual risks.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. The following
charges will apply in the event of cancellation:
35 days prior to departure: 50% of full rental price will be retained by
Winter in Majorca
21 days prior to departure: 75% of full rental price will be retained by Winter in Majorca
14 days prior to departure: 100% of full rental price will be retained by
Winter in Majorca
Should you find it necessary to alter your booking we shall make every effort
to assist you, to an alternative week/weeks within the 2007/2008 Winter in Majorca
calendar. There will however be a £40 administration fee.
Breakages
Please report breakages to our local contacts immediately and arrange to make appropriate payment locally to cover the cost of replacement. We also reserve the right to charge for damage or breakages not reported and discovered after your departure.
Other
We cannot accept liability for events beyond our control; loss of or damage to
your personal property; medical conditions developing during or after your
holiday. Your holiday travel insurance policy should cover these and other
contingencies. Should for unforeseen circumstances your booked accommodation become unavailable, we will always make arrangements to place you in accommodation of equal or higher standard at no further cost to yourselves.
