Many visitors to our site already know the joys of spending holidays in Pollensa. The north of the island remains very attractive during the "out of season" months - indeed, ask many a mallorquin and they will tell you this is their favourite time of the year. November The winters are very mild, and the middle of the day often has very good hours of sun. Evenings of course can go chillier, but very rarely go as low as freezing. There is nothing nicer than a woodburning fire in a Majorcan house in the evening. Most houses are very solidly built and you will find a fire takes the chill off the whole house quickly. The wood supply is plentiful and reasonably priced.

There is also lots to do and see. You may wish to click on some on some of the links below. From experience we can certainly say that the local population will be pleased to make you welcome.

However, remember you are coming to one of Europe's most favoured holiday destinations ("Britain's favourite Mediterranean resort" according to The Times in 2002, and "Spain as the British like it" in 2003). We are unlikely to be able to offer much of a reduction over the weekly rates quoted on our site.

If you are needing to get on with some of your work while you are here, then that is totally possible. Palma is a cosmopolitan city that can meet most possible demands. The Palma airport has many winter flights back to Britain and the short hop to Barcelona links you to all of Europe and beyond.
