Course and Event Practicalities
Travel
In winter Palma Airport is serviced by a number of flights from several UK
airports. Certainly you should be able to find some good prices. Please see our flights page.
If you are part of the full Winter in Majorca programme, once you are in Palma, we will provide free transport from the airport to Pollensa on Sunday
leaving at 4.30pm, and at the end of your stay back to the airport leaving
Pollensa on Saturday at 11.00 am. Please advise if you would like to be met at any
other time and we can arrange transport at a cost of £20 (€23) per person each
way.

Discounts
All prices are based on a stay of Sunday afternoon to Saturday morning. Prices quoted are based on one person per room. If you want to share a double room, you can have a 10% discount each. If you are coming on a taught course and wish to bring a "non-participating" partner, that partner will receive a discount of £30 (€33), in addition to the 10% reduction.

If we are temporarily unavailable, leave a message on our answerphone, and we
will get back to you within 24 hours.
Your booking is confirmed on receipt of deposit of £150 (€165) per person. The full
fee is due six weeks prior to the start of the holiday. All bookings less than
six weeks in advance are payable in full at the time of booking.
Methods of booking
are as per the options on our booking form. We appreciate payment by debit
card or bank transfer.
Insurance
In your own interest, it is an essential condition of booking that you are
insured.
Insurance covers you against having to cancel for any good reason, as well as
for sickness, losses and all the usual risks.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. The following
charges will apply in the event of cancellation:
28 days prior to departure: 50% of full holiday price will be retained by
Winter in Majorca
14 days prior to departure: 100% of full holiday price will be retained by
Winter in Majorca
Should you find it necessary to alter your booking we shall make every effort
to assist you, to an alternative week within the 2008/2009 Winter in Majorca
calendar.
Other
We cannot accept liability for events beyond our control; loss of or damage to
your personal property; medical conditions developing during or after your
holiday. Your holiday travel insurance policy should cover these and other
contingencies.
