A very comfortable and modern apartment in a desirable area of the port. Accommodation consists of an open plan living/dining area and kitchen. A bed settee makes an extra bed. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and leads into a separate utility room.

An attractive spiral staircase leads into an upper hall, and a pleasant double bedroom with balcony and good-sized twin bedroom. There is a bathroom upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs.

There is a well-sheltered terrace, at ground level, and beyond that a communal garden and large swimming pool. There is a TV.

Altogether a very clean and welcoming apartment.

Price includes all electricity, gas, water, towels and linen.
